Camden's "best kept secret" is proud to offer some of the most affordable price options in the state!

In order to book your event, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the contract signing.

We require a $100 security deposit to be added into your total costs.

Remaining fees are due 60 days before your event. All fees are non-refundable should you cancel less than 60 days prior to your event.


During your special day, Proctor Hall is yours for 12 hours. You will have full use of the house during your time with us.


Full use of the house includes; Upstairs rooms, kitchen, gazebo and front lawn.

Prices start at:

  • Under 50 guests- $350

  • 50 to 100 guests- $550

  • 100 plus guests- $750 

*We ask that you limit the number of guests to 150 for safety and comfort reasons*​

Wedding add-ons:

  • China rental- $50

  • Rehearsal dinner- $100

  • Wedding guests may rent rooms the day before and after the event at a reduced rate.

Parties, Luncheons, special occasions

Proctor Hall's spacious parlor and dinning room can beautifully accommodate for any occasion you may need! The day of your event, the house is yours for 6 hours. 

Use of the house at this time is limited to downstairs, which includes; Kitchen, gazebo and front lawn.


  • The price of your event will depend on what kind of occasion you are having and the volume of guests who plan to attend. Prices range from $150 to $250.

  • Looking to spend a night in our cozy home? We would be delighted to have you! Overnight room rentals are $75 per night and include a complimentary continental breakfast.

  • For those looking to expand their photography portfolios, we are happy to offer a rate of $75 for 3 hours.

  • We have 1 available garbage can on site for $15. This can include small trash bags and items. Large items such as boxes must be taken care of by renters.
