Camden's "best kept secret" is proud to offer some of the most affordable price options in the state.
In order to book your event, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the contract signing.
We require a security deposit to be added into your total costs; refundable if the property is left clean and undamaged.
A flat administrative fee will be added to each event.
Remaining fees are due 30 days before your event. All fees are non-refundable should you cancel less than 60 days prior to your event.
Weddings
Proctor Hall is available for client use for a period of 12 hours.
Rooms available for your use include: upstairs rooms, downstairs rooms, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, gazebo and front lawn.
Our Prices start at:

Under 50 guests- $375, Security Deposit $150.

51 to 100 guests- $575, Security Deposit $150.

101 - 150 guests- $775, Security Deposit $150.

Wedding guests may rent rooms the day before, the day of, and/or the day after the event at a rate of $75 per room, with a complementary continental breakfast provided upon request. Note: A security deposit of $50 per night will be added to each room; refundable if the property is left undamaged.
Parties, Luncheons, special occasions
Proctor Hall's spacious parlor and dining room can beautifully accommodate for any occasion you may need! The day of your event, the house is yours for 6 hours.
Rooms included for these types of events includes: kitchen, dining room, parlor, downstairs bathroom, sun porch, gazebo and front lawn.

Looking to spend a night in our cozy home? We would be delighted to have you! Overnight room rentals are $100 per night with a complimentary continental breakfast provided upon request.
